At the world’s largest BIRKENSTOCK site, visitors will soon be able to buy the sought-after classic sandals – and more – at exceptionally attractive prices: the new Factory Outlet Görlitz will be opening its doors for the first time at 11.30 a.m. on June 14. On a sales floor measuring more than 200 square meters, visitors will be able to browse discontinued models and seconds from the entire shoe collection. These include not only popular EVA models, but also closed-toe shoes, kids’ shoes, and sneakers. The range is rounded off by high-quality socks and other products from the legwear and accessories segment, such as hats, scarves and gloves from the winter collection.

As part of the grand opening, shopping lovers in Görlitz will be able to inspect the extensive selection at their leisure: on June 16 and 17, BIRKENSTOCK will be providing a free shuttle service between downtown Görlitz and the outlet during the entire opening hours. Even before the service sets off from Marienplatz square, visitors can enter a sweepstakes at the outlet. With a bit of luck, they will then be able to win a gift certificate or their favorite pair of shoes.

The opening hours of BIRKENSTOCK Factory Outlet Görlitz, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Gewerbering 6 building, are as follows: 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Due to its excellent transport links in the German–Polish border region, the new store is set to attract visitors from the tri-nation area between the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany. Alongside the stores in downtown Dresden and Berlin, this new factory outlet is the only official BIRKENSTOCK brand store in the former East Germany.
