The launch of the BIRKENSTOCK x KPM limited-edition collection was celebrated with an exclusive cocktail reception together with Vogue at the KaDeWe department store this evening. This was followed by a private dinner held at the KPM Berlin manufactory.

The guests included Marie Nasemann, Julia Malik, Marina Hoermanseder, William Fan, Anita Tillmann, Andreas Murkudis, the former Russian ambassador Vladimir Kotenev, Tina Lutz, and Marie-Louise Berg.

The limited-edition collection is the result of a collaboration between two long-standing German companies which have been manufacturing top-quality products since 1774 (BIRKENSTOCK) and 1763 respectively (KPM).

From May 22 to June 9, the four styles will be available in a pop-up store at KaDeWe in Berlin, one of the world’s best known department stores. Their staging will be rounded off by looks created especially for this collaboration by Vogue Editor in Chief Christiane Arp.
