I oversee the company’s sales activities in the markets France, Italy, Portugal and Malta. My responsibilities include boosting the company’s market presence in the various countries or to improve the sales process in general. It’s also very important that we meet the needs of the various stores and types of buyer as best we can. More than anything else, this means getting the products into the right sales channel at just the right time in each market. To achieve this, I coordinate the necessary processes with Production, Logistics, and our customers.
